Nancy Klauber Forest

The Nancy Klauber Forest Foundation is a charitable organization established in 2003 that focuses on funding and developing programs to help cancer patients through their course of treatment. “Nancy’s Friends,” an award-winning volunteer program established in 2006 and financially supported by the NKF Foundation, provides companionship, comfort, and advocates for oncology patients during their hospital stays and outpatient treatments at New York-Presbyterian and North Shore-LIJ hospitals.

Nancy’s courageous and dignified fight against Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma shines as a beacon that inspires those who knew her and those who care about improving the quality of cancer patients’ lives. Despite her own serious illness, Nancy was concerned for the many patients who did not have the strong support network she had.

Without your ongoing support, we would not be able to sustain Nancy’s wish to touch and brighten the lives of others. Thank you for allowing us to continue making such a positive impact on cancer patients and their families—and to honor Nancy in this meaningful way.
